Channel support units continue operating normally despite typhoons. We commend our field tech and help desk duty staff. We thank our customers for their patience and those who initiated calls to cancel service on concern for our staff safety.
Flooding, traffic and logistics challenges slowed our response - Channel responded to 100% of service calls.
